"Knowledge is not a commodity" <--- this. YES. Thank you for articulating the vague unease I get whenever someone tells me I should 'turn that into a course, you could make lots of money'....I thought it had something to do with low self-worth, but what it really is, is a misalignment of my values in that I truly believe that knowledge ought to be available to all who seek it, not just those who can afford it. I get that people deserve to be compensated for their time and expertise...I just think there's a middle ground somewhere.
