Thanks Elliot, When one has lived this long there's a vast chunk of writing still to be done. Fortunately I have been able to scrounge a box of 1,000 ballpoint pens and a pallet of writing paper.
Maurice, some of my own memories came flooding back of growing up South of you (Leicester) during the war. Your photo of the neighborhood kids in short pants so typical of every neighborhood back then including evacuees from London. Fun to read your memories.
