Once a quote, became a cliche, now with the sudden looming of the UK Elections, swap it for “Two weeks in politics is a terribly Short Time !!” Ironically Sunak picked 4th July - American Independence Day. The date that America dumped the British Hard Right. Now the British People get the chance to dump that same toxic Tory control.
Tory is an Old Irish Word meaning Robber. The Old Irish were correct, and most of them have been able to, at least partially, drop the Yoke. As has also happened in Scotland and Wales. These CONmanselfSERVATIVES should be banished forever. Enough is ENOUGH !! Your vote will send a message of support to American Democracy.
Under Tory Rule, Britain will never be a true democracy - because the voting system is rigged in their favour. Although Labour is expected to win, very little will change for the people of Britain under this only slightly softer Clone.
Neither Party will attempt to stop Genocide, let alone wars over mineral wealth - the oil that lubricates climate disaster, the wars that send refugees to drown in the English Channel. BTW: reform may suggest reforming to a gentler ideology, with Mr Far Rage at the helm it is surely the worst of the worsening right…..

How did Our World get into this Mess?….. We allowed it to happen, we accepted their lies and bribes, promises of brighter future, false visions painted of the benefits of North Sea Gas. What did we get ?…. A ringside seat at the illusion. Enough is ENOUGH.
Are we mature enough to accept our responsibilities, intelligent enough to take peaceful, firm action ? Yes we are, just keep it simple, just see that dealing with politicians is like dealing with immature little children….. When we tolerate those that shout and scream, we encourage them to grow bolder - to our own detriment. Then when they try to lie, we learn to see through them and chastise their clumsiness, When they cheat and bully, we scold; when they steal, we ground them…….
When they behave well, we reward them.
But politicians are not kids, they are adults of whom we expect Responsible Conduct. Big Mistake…. We have become conditioned to think that we are powerless…. Another Big Mistake - for the power of politicians comes from the power of the people. Just look at how hard they canvas for your vote…..
Those you believe have, or will, behave well, ought to be considered for your reward - your vote. Behaving well does not, per se, mean bending the knee to the Party Line. This is especially true for the big parties who push party above nation.
OKAY; SO - Labour is predicted to be the next English Government, yet many fear that a landslide victory will allow them to continue making Uturns on all of their promises, those Fair Play issues that are close to Democratic Hearts. How then can we hold their feet to the fire ?
A Landslide can be described as a “Majority”, ie:- when One party wins 326 seats out of the 650 total. If they don’t achieve this then a coalition with other seat winners becomes the logical result. We can make this happen by voting for Green, Liberal and Independent candidates. Again, the polls are predicting them to win considerably more seats than ever before - just as they have done in recent Local byelections….

Use your UK vote, Send a message of disdain to the Trump fawning Grossly Obscene Pestillence. For defeating the Insane GOP will encourage the rest of the world to stand up against Greed, Corruption, Tyranny and War. Maurice
Final thought….. When the Last Mega Quadrillion Dollar Oilman left standing all alone on what was once Our World, will he claim to have brought about peace ?
