UPDATE (Another Tipping Point ?)

Health vs Progress.

They do say that Practise makes Perfect. I’m not there yet, however….. since I started publishing here, the average hours it took me to create a post had dropped - to around a third of early posts. During those eighteen months I learned a lot about what works here, and decided to use the time saved to pass that knowledge to Substack newbies. So I started up with a second stack - This Creative Adventure for exactly that purpose, even managing to produce an additional number of first drafts….. but had to use some of them in January……

Because of the extreme cold here, my long term Cervical Spondylosis became much more painful than it’s been for years. I’ve had to spend most of January on painkillers, either doing physio or resting, which has been effective. Hurrray !! ERM Big But - There’s a strong possibility that the issue could re-occur next Winter… Boo !!

Therefore, NeXt Wednesday I Will be back to Publishing my stories here on Yes, I Author ! Yet less often. Because I Must Concentrate on developing This Creative Adventure, as that’s bringing in more new Free & Paid subscribers. The income that generates goes to the two Green Planet projects I have instigated. ie: Trike Trek (which provides me with the necessary physio); and The Boulevard (which will provide both myself and others, with an Eco Home approx 1200 kilomters further south, ie : slightly shorter and slightly warmer Winters). Hurray !!
